InteriContract was born in Costa Rica in 2022 with a clear purpose: to eliminate the fragmentation that characterizes the execution of interior design projects locally. In a market where coordinating multiple suppliers, factories, and contractors often translates into delays, inconsistencies, and cost overruns, InteriContract emerges as a different response.
We are a solutions platform that centralizes all project scopes into a single local partner: fixed carpentry and millwork, FF&E, OS&E, decoration, interior design, and specialized equipment. We work with hospitality, office, retail, and residential development projects, backed by top-tier strategic partners: Alcomobi (Spain), Letto (Colombia), and Katium (Mexico) — specialized factories that allow us to offer quality, scale, and support in every project.
Our advantage is not just the network of international suppliers — it is the process. We have our own workshop and local distribution fleet, which allows us to control every stage: from design and manufacturing to importation, installation, and after-sales service. The client has a single point of contact, and that contact is responsible for everything.

Fiorella Castro
An interior designer who graduated from Universidad Véritas, with a master's degree in Customer Experience & Innovation with an emphasis on Project Management from EAE Business School in Madrid, Fiorella integrates clients' design and equipment requirements with the production capabilities and real solutions of InteriContract's international partners.
Her experience in residential, commercial, and hotel projects allows her to connect global trends with the specific local needs of each project. She is responsible for client relations, proposal design, solution coordination, and supervision of the final delivery.
Under her leadership, InteriContract does not just design spaces: it manages and executes complete solutions, from conceptualization to after-sales service, with a methodology focused on results and the optimization of every stage of the process.

Pablo Ortiz
Co-founder & Director of Logistics and Operations
An Industrial Engineer graduated from the University of Costa Rica and holding an MBA with High Distinction from INCAE, Pablo provides all the operational planning and logistics necessary for the efficient implementation of solutions for each project.
Pablo has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry in Costa Rica. He is also the founder and owner of the sister company Bambú y Maderas, dedicated to the import and manufacturing of flooring and doors for the residential, hotel, and retail sectors.
His role strengthens InteriContract's ability to execute comprehensive, viable projects that are correctly implemented within established timelines and budgets.
